How Hypnosis for Depression Works
Carole is a Certified Hypnotherapist and she will meet with you to discuss and how it can potentially reduce the negative feelings associated with depression. They will then provide hypnotherapy treatment that seeks to place you in a deep state of relaxation.
Once in this relaxed state, we will work with you to locate any events or occurrences in your past and how these might be an overriding cause of your depression. You may have been suppressing the memory, and we are here to help you work through it in a calm and relaxed environment.
